The SMILES programme is all about helping you to feel a part of a community. The programme was created to help you to smile, have fun but most importantly to remind you that you are never alone and will never be forgotten.

Gifts, cards and vouchers: At those extra difficult times of the year we send out a little something to remind you that you are not alone. Be sure to tell us if you move house, otherwise you may miss out!
Respite breaks (Scotty Members Only): To book a break, just ask your parent or carer to log into the Families Zone and head to the SMILES section.
Annual Christmas Event (Scotty Members Only): Held on the 1st weekend of Dec, the Christmas event is an opportunity to meet other Scotty Members.
The survey only takes 5 minutes to complete and asks nothing about your bereavement. It is purely to help Scotty’s get to know you a little better. It also helps us to pick gifts and tailor our experiences around your likes and dislikes.
